iCing Transformation Challence progress - goals&day 2

Starting Monday, I will pick a few habits to kick and change and better my self with. It will go on to May 18th, and hopefully by then, it will be a habit.

-Study an hour a night of physics; an hour of math
               Look over notes for the day, compare books
- Get over my phobia of rejection; asking someone to sadies
           ~~Make a plan~~
               If rejected, hold my head up high
- Eat two fruits when I get home
               Pre-nap; after nap
- Make&keep eye contact with people who meet my eyes
               Resist looking away
- Learn to forgive more easily.
           ~~Apologize with no conditions~~

Day 2 progress report:
AAGGH! I haven't been doing my part about eating fruits (for some reason, I don't have an appetite for most fruits....), and I haven't looked over physics or math at all. I don't remember anything from my earlier math years or physics, and now I'm going to be tested on them! I really should study.

I did go through with Sadies, but....hmph.

when you have "nothing to do"

Here are 100 things to do.

1. Catwalk down an aisle at a supermarket. At the end of the aisle, stop and strike a pose. Ignore the looks people send; you are a model, after all. 2. Make a postcard of a place you want to go to. 3. Paint the bottom of your desk, a place that only you would know a picture would be. 4.
